Camp hours - 9am-3pm.

Before care (8-9am) and After care (3-6pm) are included.

In our General Camp, children will participate in an array of activities ranging from: Arts & Crafts, Cooking, Building, Robotics, Minecraft, PE Games, Sports, Theatre or Science. Activities vary per day and per time period (not all are available at one time).

Our Specialty Camps include: Science: Potions & Explosions, Clay Makers, Theatre: Heading to Hogwarts, LEGO® WeDo Robotics, Cooking: Around the World, Theatre: Under the Sea, and more. Please take view our "Weekly Themes" tab for more details.

Counselor in Training opportunities are also available (6th-9th grade).

All required forms and documents can be downloaded/uploaded using the links provided in the automated confirmation emails (at the time of registration) OR by logging into your account.

To log into your account - click on “enrollments,” then order history. Find the order completed, then click on the down arrow where the registrations will drop down. On the right hand side of the registration, click the “...” and select “follow up forms.”

Parking: Parents must park. You may use the main church lot.

Entrance: Main door. Follow the stairs to the lower level where you will see our check in table.

Baroody Camps will provide nut free snacks for campers at all locations. Campers are permitted to bring their own snacks and lunches. All food items MUST BE labeled with the camper’s first and last name. We recommend that snacks and lunches be nut free.

At this time, lunches cannot be purchased at UUCA.

Every Friday is Pizza Friday and is now included in the registration price.

All campers will be monitored during designated food times with special considerations to allergy campers.

During both lunch and snack breaks, to prevent contact with any nut products, we have a designated peanut table. We require our campers who choose to bring peanut or tree nut food to eat their meals in our peanut only area during snack and lunch time.

We take special care to ensure all campers are safe and feel included. We require at least one counselor to be seated at the peanut table during all eating times. At the end of each eating period, we require all campers to wash their hands with soap and warm water to ensure they thoroughly clean their hands prior to their next activity.

A medication authorization form must be completed for any prescription or non-prescription medications. To download the form, please visit our website at www.baroodycamps.com/camper-forms. Copies of the form will also be available on site.

For any long-term medication authorizations (those lasting longer than 10 working days), the bottom part of the form must be completed by a physician OR a doctor’s order must be provided.

**All prescription medications must be labeled from a pharmacy with the child’s first and last name, date of birth, medication name, dosage time given and expiration date.
